Members of the 434th Air Refueling Wing had a chance to make some noise as base safety and emergency management personnel teamed together to teach the safe use of ground burst simulators and smoke grenades.

The training was designed to help members add realism to exercise scenarios to better prepare members to respond accordingly.

The 434th ARW is the largest KC-135R Stratotanker unit in the Air Force Reserve Command.
