William T. "Tim" Cahoon, 434th Air Refueling Wing commander. These types of milestones for employees show the strength of Grissom, which is a knowledgeable, experienced civilian and air reserve technician workforce that gets the mission done," said Wes Marion, 434th Force Support Squadron human resources specialist. Civilian employees are an integral part in how the Air Force mission is accomplished on a daily basis. Air reserve technicians, or ARTs, are part of that civilian workforce who have both a civilian and military reserve duty and provide continuity to Air Force Reserve.
