Grissom to conduct EM exercises today

  • Published
Personnel from Grissom Air Reserve Base will participate in two separate exercises on Sept. 25 that are designed to test emergency management and crisis response actions.

The exercises will result in increased activity at the base and local residents should not associate the actions on Sept. 25 with real-world events. Emergency management and crisis response exercises normally include the use of base sirens and increased activity by security forces, fire department and other response personnel.

Grissom ARB conducts exercises on a regular basis to ensure its personnel are able to respond to various scenarios.
