GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. --  From their first to their last, America's Airmen earn each stripe of rank with dedication and determination.

The following 20 434th Air Refueling Wing Airmen recently earned their next stripe:

To senior master sergeant:

To master sergeant:
