Airmen took part in a time honored tradition that recognized them as they took the next step in their careers becoming non-commissioned officers and senior NCO's, at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Ind., Dec. 3. "Congratulations on your promotion," said Col. Larry Shaw, 434th Air Refueling Wing commander. "I'm very proud of all of you, and I'm sure you will take your new responsibilities to heart and continue to make us one of the greatest wings in the Air Force Reserve Command."
