Ignorance is no excuse with banned substances

Recently the Air Force reported that a popular brand of yogurt uses hemp seeds as an ingredient in one of its flavors, which is a prohibited substance pursuant to Air Force Instruction 44-120. It is the responsibility of all Airmen to know what they are putting into their bodies, so if Airmen are unsure if what they are ingesting is illegal, they should err on the side of caution.
