Grissom Airmen test under new fitness standards

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Members of the 434th Air Refueling Wing take part in the sit-up portion of a fitness test held here recently. Starting in July, the Air Force implemented new fitness assessment standards, which now include bi-annual testing, minimum requirements within testing components and establishing fitness assessment cells to proctor tests. Sit-ups count for ten of the possible 100 points. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Mark R. W. Orders-Woempner)
