Communications Marines relay information to ESGR, employers

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Mark Trouerbach explains the function of a communication device mounted to a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle to employers of guardsmen and reservists as they toured the Marine Corps Reserve facility here Sept. 27. Captain Trouerbach is the inspector instructor for Detachment 1, Communications Company, Headquarters and Service Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group. The employers toured Grissom before leaving on an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve bosslift, which was designed to give outstanding employers of reserve component servicemembers a better understanding of military life and operations.
